Hi, my name is Kristin and I've been home-baking for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching my Granny make all types of treats in her Southern kitchen and later found connection with her memory through baking as an adult. I bake with a focus on making things really tasty, even if they don't always look picture-perfect. What sets my baking apart is that I use high quality ingredients at every chance. I only use Humanely-Raised chicken eggs, hormone-free dairy products, fair-trade coffee and eco-ethical brands whenever possible. Everything is made by hand by me, in my home, with a lot of care and attention to detail.
